Individual Counselling*

50 minute session: $150.00 + 5% gst

75 minute session $225.00 + 5% gst

FAMILY COUNSELLING - PARENT/TEEN SUPPORT*

50 minute session $175 + gst

75 minute Session $262.50 + gst

It takes a lot of courage to pick up the phone and book that first appointment let alone get in the door and be vulnerable with a person you don’t know. I hope to create an inviting space where you can start to feel safe, heard and your “stuff” you bring to counselling can be contained in the room and in the relationship. You let me know if there is more I can do to make the space feel more comfortable for you and I will do my best.

I know that you have tried many different approaches to try to work through these issues. I also know you have resources within you that have helped you survive these problems so far. We work together to come up with a plan based on your goals and my specific expertise related to the issues at hand.

Based on your unique needs I draw from approaches tailored to you including acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, attachment theory, dialectical behaviour therapy, EMDR, mindfulness and trauma based approaches.
