310Mental Health Support at 310-6789 (no area code needed) for emotional support, information and resources specific to mental health.
Kid’s Help Phone at 1-800-668-6868 to speak to a professional counsellor, 24 hours a day.
If you are 17 years old and older and live in Vancouver the Access and Assessment Centre at Vancouver General to help you, your family member or your friend during a non-life threatening mental health and/or substance use issue. 604-675-3700 between 7:30am and 11pm.
